## Product Overview
Engineered for environments handling combustible and ultra-fine dusts, this anti-static PTFE membrane filter cartridge delivers high-efficiency surface filtration with integrated explosion-proof safety. Designed for lithium battery electrode material production and other combustible dust applications.
## Structure
**Filter Media**
Polyester filament substrate with thermally bonded PTFE microporous membrane. Conductive fibers are blended directly into the media, creating an intrinsic anti-static network. Surface filtration design keeps dust on the membrane surface — no deep embedding, thorough pulse-jet release.
**Frame**
Black metal mesh internal frame with lateral reinforcing rings and vertical corrugated support. Withstands negative pressure without collapse.
**Top Interface**
Stainless steel male thread connection with flange mount. A phenolic resin sealing gasket provides a rigid, temperature-resistant flange face seal — preventing dust-laden gas bypass at the mounting point.
**Base Cap**
Silver metal base cap, flush-sealed.
**Anti-Static Grounding**
A braided conductive wire is welded directly to the metal frame and routed to the equipment ground terminal. Triboelectric charges generated by high-velocity dust flow are dissipated instantly — no static accumulation, no spark discharge.
**Pleat Sealing**
Pleat ends are embedded into a sealed base, eliminating dust bypass at the filter element boundary.
